Emath'Alora

Emath'Alora the city of hedonists is where the Sylvan Court of Desire recruits new members into itself. The Court of Desire is the second most powerful of the Sylvan Courts and has enough influence to allow non-Anrasha entry into the city past the borders of the country. A group of followers of Baaphora has established a 'temple' of sorts to Baaphora on the island.

Mostly Anrasha followed by beast race slaves, and other special guests invited into the city.

The rulership of the city is two-part, one appointed by the Witch-King of the Anrasha, which often represents the Court of Dominance and the other appointed by the Court of Desire.

History

The city of Emath'Alora was founded after Anrasha explorers first discovered the island, there was already a presence of fey from the Court of Desire using it as a sort of vacation spot to enjoy the mortal world. After meeting the Anrasha and finding that deep in their hearts they were just as licentious as they were the Court of Desire established a relationship with the Anrasha, who had only interacted with the Court of Dominance at this point. The Anrasha began to build a city around the portal the fey used to come and go and soon brought their own style of life to meld with that of the Court of Desire becoming the city of hedonists.
The influence of the city is such that if someone from outside of the Anrasha has a legitimate token granted to them by a member of the Court of Desire they will be allowed past the Anrashan Raiders who patrol the waters around the island, that is if they weren't just swept there in the first place.
