Alivian, Godess of Change and Redemption

Redeemer

Alivian is the Godess of Change and Redemption. Her domain covers those who wish to change their ways and alter their view on their society and the world. People who chose to follow her teachings are often ex criminals, prisoners on deaths row, and people who come from a society which would be considered evil and wish to alter their sensibilities to better be accepted by those of other socities. Alivian is known to as one of the only gods who can slip through the planar partition in a phyiscial form, unlike the deities which which blocks the material plane for most of the most powerful of Gods, demons, devils and other such creatures.
As such Alivian is one of the most cunning and stealthy of the gods, making trips to other planes and visiting creatures which have no link to her, which attracts many people of such similar skill. Her relationship with her worshippers is very unusual for a celestial god. She takes a very hands off approach to her worshippers only having an influence directly when they request it or it is necessary, as her time is spent helping those who are not under the shelter of a god already. She gives as much protection and shelter to her followers as any deity would place upon a loyaol follower, however she is much less likely to interject unless it is face to face as is her very unusual method of communication with her followers. She views herself as much less of a god as any of the other gods do, seeing herself as purely an agent of good throughout the planes, and had she the capacity to herself would gladly reduce herself to nothing more than a mortal adventurer helping the downtrodden. She greatly dislikes the normal form of worship which followers under a god would give as she views it as a waste of time when the same time could be spent putting her beliefs into place across the planes.
Such is the paradox she finds herself in, however as much as she dislikes the way her sibling deities would go about their interactions with the inner planes, her divine power allows her to help many more people than she possibly could normally. Classes such as Trickery Clerics, Rogues, Rangers, and some Bards are attracted to worship of Alivian becauses of this unusual form of relationship. Tenants of her Worship are as follows.
1. Strive to change yourself each day you live, end each day better than you started it with new information that changes you to help others better.
2. Judge not your fellows who bring no harm, and care not for judgement yourself. Your path is the help and redeem those in need of it, the matters of politics and the larger scale ideals of cosmic conflict interest you little, but should an event harm or halt your path, cease such foolishness and put it down then continue your road.
3. Those who have wronged before may be redeemable in future, attempt to better those who have wronged in the past rather than needing to always result to violence, but for those who reject redemption entirely, violence may be the only choice to prevent less violence in future.
