Cloud Vale Kingdom

Cloud Vale is the kingdom hidden in the sky. 
During the Travelers’ Age this kingdom used their magic to lift the kingdom into the sky. They traveled the world of Bastion teaching the arcane to the “worthy”. 
During the Twilight War the kingdom was thought to be destroyed. Since this time the kingdom has been silent, hiding within the clouds as it’s traverses the world. 

The existence of the greater world of Bastion is the most heavily guarded secret within the kingdom. Only the King, the leaders of the Solar Kang, and the Blue Council know of the world below. 
The secret has been kept with a variety of Modify Memory spells and illusion magic.

Cloud Vale has remained isolated from the greater world of Bastion for thousands of years. The kingdom being briefly mentioned within the history books of the world. 
Although isolated the king sends out secret caravans every 5 years to restock on various goods needed. These caravans are kept secret within the kingdom

When the caravans venture down to the surface of Bastion the always visit orphanages and bring back orphans to the city to help bolster the populace. 
These orphans are usually subjected to a modify memory spell to erase any memories of their previous lives.
