The Dispensary
A supply stop that is operated by the Radiant Seat. Allotted food and supplies are delivered weekly. Basic living supplies are free to those possessing the Endowment but luxury and custom items still require merits. Dilapidated and rundown, it is often overlooked and the upkeep is minimum. The resources given are scant and the thought given for the people is even less.

To manage import and export of resources within Shattergleam Forest district and the distribution of supplies to the local populace.
Alterations
As the dispensary inevitably fell into disrepair, Dispensary Master Junlo Okijime has done his best to fix the building with his limited carpentry skills.
