A member of the Illuminated that runs the only dispensary within the Shattergleam district. He has a soft spot for the locals and does his best to get them the things that they need. Locals shun him on principle but will secretly give him gifts and view him as an integral part of their society. He stands tall and has the ability to command the attention of a room just by entering it. He speaks his mind and although many appreciate this characteristic, many abhor it if it goes against their own beliefs.
