Khazadui Wildfire Druids - Kiripaka
An ancient progenitor of the Kiripaka peoples of the Manu Archipelago, these individuals are renowned for their volcanic excavation endeavours. They are able to access some of the purest and rarest quality of Cratium ore deposit in addition to fire quartz gemstones, to export highly sought after not only on Iaxovar, but even extra-planar travellers seek these rare materials for their own uses. The most well-known of these travellers is only known as the patron, who is clad in elegant pure Craitum armour, with a helmet in the shape of a bull.
Cratium ore is mined from the magma chamber is located mere feet above the lava surface within the maw of the melting precipice. The extreme conditions of such expeditions mean powerful enchantments of duration are frequently exploited, even by the most well adapted wildfire Druids. With one hour of work in the Chambers, there is only a 0.5 kg harvest of 60% cratium ore, meaning cratium is one of the most valuable resources on Iaxovar. It is used in armour, art, artefacts and even arcane invocations. There are tales of its use in divine level castings, matching that of even a demi-deity. The fire quartz gemstones can be seen adorning some of the most impressive regalia across Lykoto. There are 104 of these precious stones adorning the crown of the Emperor of the imperial throne within the Atlamarian Empire. They can also be found in the circlets and sectors of nobility. Similar to the refined cratium metal, fire quartz gemstones can be used in arcane practices, due to its ability to expel an unexpected amount of heat while remaining temperate to the touch, allowing it to burn, even when submerged in water or other liquid. This has resulted in some of the most incredible, yet terrifyingly powerful spells by renowned pyromancers across Iaxovar.
