History
Built after the flooding of the region during the Calamity of Dragons, goblins and gnomes joined forces during a time of the faction divide and worked together to prosper. This was one of the first instances of outwardly joining forces for the two races. Though this has been debated as a small population moved into Booty Bay before this, however it was nowhere near this scale.
Due to this teamwork, Barge City quickly became a hub of commerce and ingenuity.
Tourism
Many shops and even a small amusement park. Barge City has everything.
Architecture
Predominantly made of metal, there is treated wood used as well to give an illusion of the "old style" of a amalgamation of old ship parts that have long been replaced for materials that will last longer.
Geography
Parked in the middle of a large salty bay, it's too big to leave the bay and has been for well over fifty years. It serves as a floating port for many trade vessels whether by air or boat.
