ToronAnman Til-inkasér
The Throne of the Devouring Mother
There is a saying amongst the Citizens of Az-Atla, "The Mother is never home." It's not a saying that is particularly favoured by the Paragons, but its very catching and captures the sentiment that the Devouring Mother spends most of her time visiting the various settlements of her Realm; which she does. And, ToronAnman Til-inkser is the vehicle that conveys her on her journeys.
The Throne, as it is commonly called, is a piece of Ancient Wisdom. There can be no doubt that it is an artifact that is synomous with the mystery and glory of the Devouring Mother.
A simple metal and stone platform with an elegant austere throne at one end is a misdescription of unforgivable proportions. In truth many who see the Throne find is indescribable except in words that convey feelings. Many say it is wondrous, joyous or so magnificent it brings them to tears. There is an aura of wellbeing that one feels when they see it. It floats through the air powered by Ee-Loque given to it by the Devouring Mother. It is silent and yet when it has past there is the remembrance of powerful and inspiring music. The Host of Nine, that walk with it, a glorious reminder of the law and authority of Herself. Anyone can approach and step up onto the Throne to offer a sacrifice of Ee-Loque, and if the Devouring Mother looks into your heart as sees your joy and wonder, she will take your gift right there sharing her glory with you. And, if not, she will smile and thank you for your offering, but politely indicate you should move along.
Simple Poem spoken by Citizens
The Throne needs no light, for She is the light seen even in darkness.
The Throne never stops, because She accepts the gifts of Her all people.
The Mother is never home, for She must care for all.

" It is the holy blessed vehicle upon which the Mother sees us. As she journeys the Throne uplifts her in her glory that we may approach her to offer our sacrifices, and at that time in that moment we are glorious as well. She gives to us as we give to her, and the Throne is the sacred place of this moment."
Rai-anada, Dwarf Devout follower of the Mother's Way.
