The Pinnacle
The Fulcrum Point
Capital of the Realm. That is The Pinnacle. It has many names, and every Citizen of the Realm knows of it.
In the centre of the Sèk Tela Hringhafi is where the Pinnacle is located. It is understood to be the centre of the Realm from which Her Will and Intent flow.
Everything that is best in the Realm can be found and comes from the Pinnacle. The University of Devotions and the The First Citadel are located in the Pinnacle. Those artifices that come best to exemplifying Her Will and Intention can be found at the Pinnacle. But of all of the Glories that can be found at the Pinnacle, there is the Pinnacle itself.
The Pinnacle is both a city devoted to expressing Herself, and it is the tower at its centre which She has named Her home. A tower which is so tall it is said that from its peak the Shield itself can be seen on a clear day. Many imagine that She stands at that peak and watches lovingly the entirety of the Realm. This of course is not true, but is a comforting thought for many.

Demographics
There is a fair mix of the Realm's Citizens in the Pinnacle it is the Realm's greatest metropolis. While the majority of the Citizen's are of The Four Uplifted Races, all of the Realm's Citzen spiecies are represented.
While not common those of Dragon-kin, Teifling, Gnome, or any other of the evolved races are known to those of the Pinnacle, and generally not seen as less productive or more likely to be Divergent. As with the physical nature of the Pinnacle to express Her Will and Intent, the citizens who live within it are more tolerant and educated then the majority of the rest of the Realm.

The Pinnacle is ruled by The Devouring Mother. In this place Her Will and Intent is most strongly manifest. Paragons, The Brotherhood and Civic Authorities are evident and operate with ease. Citizen's appreacte the privilege of living in the most advanced and safest of all of the Realm's Capitals.
Defences
Un-immangiable Ancient Wisdoms that can destroy armies, fleets and burn a person's flesh from their bones leaving only a crystallized skeleton as a tribute to Her Glory.
Districts
The Pinncale is separated in to 5 districts. This districts are arranged vertically.
Below sea level and in the tidal zone is the 'Wet District.' Here are those businesses and persons who have not managed to successfully manage the prosperousness promised by Her mandate.
At sea level is the "Docks District." This district is home to the majority of the city's storage and trade infrastructure.
Directly above the "Docks District" is the "Low Residences District." These are where the homes to the majority of workers, labours and apprentices can be found. This district has many smaller markets to help supply its residence with their basic needs and a few luxuries.
The next district is the "Industrial District." In this district the majority of the Pinnacle's economic and manufacturing are located. Markets, mills, artisans, and all other necessities are most likely created in this district.
The penultimate district, is the "Administrative District." In this district all of the govern infrastructure of the Realm can be found. Also, every prosperous person of the Pinnacle will have a residence in this district.
The final district, which is closed to all but Her guests, is of course Her home, the Pinnacle itself. Here only those home She invites may enter.
