East Rendin
East Rendin is a nation located on the continent of Azrea. It is known for its strong focus on local industry and trade relations with other nations. The culture of the East Rendinians is heavily influenced by class and status, with the amount of art one owns often being used as a status symbol.
The history of East Rendin dates back to 250 A.R.M when it was first established and expanded to the east and west of Rendin . In 375 A.R.M, Human King Louis du la Rent successfully drove the Zholani back to the Darkveil Forest. 400 A.R.M saw the humans converting to The Cult of the Weave from The Cult of Sarghus: The Divine and the rebuilding of The Holy City of Kindra. 410 A.R.M saw the establishment of East Haven as the eastern principality and in 435 A.R.M the University of Lorilla was built. East Rendin's economy is based on agriculture and industry, with significant production of wheat, beer, lumber, and diamonds. East Haven serves as the capital of East Rendin, and it is known for its obsession with class and status, making it a difficult place to live for those who are not extremely wealthy.
After 500 A.R.M, Rendin faced a major crisis with the outbreak of the Age of Horror, which began in 550 A.R.M with the rising of the undead in the East. This caused widespread panic and chaos across the region, as the undead hordes threatened to overrun Rendin's cities and towns. The Knights of Alba, an organization dedicated to defending Azrea from The Dead Lands, played a key role in the defense of Rendin during this time.
The Age of Horror lasted for 32 years, until 582 A.R.M, when the undead were finally pushed back and defeated. This was a significant victory for Rendin, but the damage caused by the outbreak was severe. Many cities and towns were destroyed, and the population was greatly reduced.
After the Age of Horror, Rendin faced another crisis in 730 A.R.M, when a civil war broke out over the succession of the crown. This war lasted for several years and resulted in the division of Rendin into three separate nations: East Rendin, West Rendin, and Sawra.
Despite these challenges, East Rendin has managed to rebuild and recover. The nation has a strong focus on local industry and trade relations with other nations, particularly in the sale of foodstuffs to West Rendin and Murapii. The culture of East Rendinians is still heavily influenced by class and status, with the amount of art one owns often being used as a status symbol. @Haven serves as the capital of East Rendin, and it is known for its obsession with class and status, making it a difficult place to live for those who are not extremely wealthy.
