She is known for her role in creating life and being the protector of her followers. Her domains of power include light, protection, healing, and motherhood, and her holy symbol is a pentacle. In the Cult's mythos, Cos is said to have awoken to a barren land with jutting mountains and wild storms and saw no life. From the weave of magic, she gave life to her four daughters, Mag, Jor, Aeg, and Lot, who set to work refining the continent, shaping the land, growing the forest and calming the seas. They gave life to the world’s races and set the guardian titans to work in constructing civilizations. Soon the land and sea were teeming with diversity. Cos's avatar is often depicted as a beautiful woman standing in the sun, symbolizing the warmth, light and the protection she provides. Her preferred weapon, a spear, represents the power to protect and defend her followers.
