Nikophsi

The Kingdom of Nikophsia has been a significant trading hub throughout history. Stagyars, Dunyars and Dharaats are particularly prevalent in the area. Numerous mixed-race families formed throughout the years, resulting in generations sharing traits with all three races. Nikophsi is the name given to these hybrids.

Magic

Nikophsis can have either earth, air, water, fire or lightning magic. They can't attain full elemental forms like Stagyars, harden their flesh like Dharaats or connect to stars like Dunyars.

Facial Characteristics

Nikophsis have variable eye, lip and nose shapes, straight or aquiline noses being the most common. On average, women faces have less prominent brows and chins. Their vivid eyes can be any colour, while thick hair has metallic sheen.

Genetics and Reproduction

Nikophsis have varying degrees of success when mixing with other races. If one parent is a stagyar, dunyar or a dharaat, the child will most likely gravitate to that race, but can also be born as a nikophsi. If one parent is a stagyar, the child's Bound One is stillborn.
