Eternal Magus Kazohir - God of Magic
Eternal Magus Kazohir, oft just referred to as Kazohir, is an enigma even to the very entities that bestowed him the title of God. Long had they considered who best to represent and contain the manipulation of essence. Where the entities had complete control within their scope of knowledge and the gods could manipulate it to certain ends, denizens of Ayn had the most rudimentary understanding and even named this manipulation 'magic' as if to unwittingly exemplify their basic knowledge.
The being had to be both capable but also incapable of full mastery lest the scales of power tip in their favor and the whole of everything settle in jeopardy at a single creature's will. Could such a thing even exist without being broken down entirely? Yet as they considered, before their very existence teleported a human man that was visibly well into his senior years. This was not simply shocking, but considered impossible as the gods and entities existed above Ayn and into the void, where no air existed...merely the cold black.
"I have no time. This emptiness is below me and I must return to my studies."Before he could disappear again, the entities cast him into an essence-less room to hold him.
Effectively he was halted from his motions, but only for a short time, as the very essence that crafted the container was just as fickle and prone to dispersion. Discussions were had between the four entities and this strange individual, and it was revealed he had mastered the tricky art of time traveling and was exploring this new, fourth dimension. He was a human who devoted his life to the study of all things arcane magic and had made discoveries previously unfathomable to mortal minds such as teleporting freely through realms, extending his age far beyond standard means of living, and even cloning himself to work more diligently.
He had mastered ley lines and was responsible for even a new form of blending magic known as 'meta-magic'. It was clear he was beyond his time.
He was offered the mantle of deity and initially refused it, stating that the affairs of man were of little concern to him, and instead further mastery of magic (to what end even he had forgotten at this point in his fervent research) was his only true calling, but when immortality, and by proxy the ability to study eternally, was offered he begrudgingly accepted.
Now he stands as the patron saint to wizards and academia across Ayn where his perceived, stern, judgmental gaze is meant to motivate students to study harder.

Once again you've created a compelling deity abd once again I laughed. the ghostly digit story is quite funny. I also think his story of becoming a god is quite interesting. I'm curious about how he became associated with time specifically. I mean its kind of hibted but I feel like there is a myth behind the saying? Regardless great work!
Good point. I'll add something to that today to better illustrate the whys. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.
Of course! I hope it helped. Feel free to let me know when u do
