Palo's' Grilled Fish Hut
The best, and only, restaurant in Marnmouth.
Palo's' Grilled Fish Hut is the only restaurant in Marnmouth, and it's infamous in the Vorey region for its grilled fish and specially Palo's' Winter Special. It sells all kinds of grilled fish, some shellfish on butter sauce and a few kind of boiled crabs.
The building itself is is house, with a special built kitchen and storage, and a large deck with a center octagonal hole with a large grill in it. The owner is Palo, a long time resident of the village and a firebender that specialized his powers to cooking.

Design
The restaurant itself is the deck, a raised wooden floor in octagonal shape, with a center hole where a large grill, about meter and half in diameter. The deck is covered by a slopped wooden roof, supported by poles for the deck has no walls. The roof is also octagonal in shape and stands at about 3 meteres height.
The tables are also wooden and despite looking all similar is easy to tell which are older and which are newer. They are spread around 3 to 5 on each side of the octagon.
Entries
Despite being open all around, the proper entrance is on the south side where a small stair goes to the raised deck. There are no further destinguishment besides that small stair from the other sides.
Sensory & Appearance
The restaurant, its deck, floor, tables and chairs are infused with the smell of grilled fish. The air feels a bit warmer here and the smells that travel in it give one a immediate will to eat some fish and drink a mead while chatting with friends. As soon as one sits on its table they get immersed in the sounds of friendly chatter and the sizzling grill.
All this makes a person feel comfortable in a similar at home feeling, beyond the obvious hunger that it creates, felt from mouth to belly.

Contents & Furnishings
The grill is a circular, meter and half in diameter, cast steel grill. it has as grill top a thick octagonal bronze mesh. The tables and chairs are simple in design and very square in shape. The tables come in large and small sizes. Plates are made of red fired clay and same goes for cups and pitchers. Silverware is bronze too and terribly basic in design.
Alterations
Originally the building was a small hut which served dually as a kitchen and storage and Palo's' house. Adjacent to it was a deck with an exterior grill.
After a few years, the deck was extended in order to be able to competently serve the costumers. The center grill moved, the deck reshaped into an octagon, same for the roof covering it, and the hut was rebuild totally so as to have a better kitchen and bigger storage.
Architecture
The building is no more than a few poles holding a roof with a octagonal break in the middle and a deck serving as floor. Beneath the octagon is the the grill where Palo grills all the meals. All around it are tables for people to seat and eat and on the north side is Palo's' house, which is also where he preps the food, and cooks some of the non-grilled or boiled meals and has the storage for all ingredients and drinks.
History
Palo built the restaurant 20 years ago in hope to share with the village and traveller's the cooking techniques he had learned when he tried to improve his bending. In a short time his restaurant gained notoriety and he increased the floor space and roof, moving the grill, octagon hole and renewing the house.
