Located on the slopes of Beacon Hill, the Continental has been around as long as people can remember. Known by most as an upper-class hotel catering to the rich, its true function is as neutral territory for members of the City's Underworld.
It is frequented by many hitmen and notorious murderers, but each of them knows that no business can be conducted on the Hotel premises, including fighting and carrying out contracts on other assassins in the hotel. Failure to uphold this law results in substantial penalties, including revocation of one's membership and the forfeit of life to the Underworld's ruler, Death.
