Madam Brianna LeBeau (a.k.a. Brie, a.k.a. The Madam)

Much sought-after as a lady of the night in her youth, Madam Brianna ‘Brie’ Lebeau was able to use the gifts she earned from her wealthy patrons to rise from the life of an ordinary working girl and become a brothel madam, but she never forgot her roots. Brusque to the point of rudeness, Madam Lebeau nevertheless keeps a keen and maternal eye on her “goils”, and those who try to cross them may find… undesirable things happening to them. Lebeau’s Velvet Room was once an opulent parlour in the heart of the city, but she fell on harder times when the Russian Brotherhood claimed the territory and forced her out; she fled to seedier pastures, reasoning that she’d rather keep her girls together and safe than stay and try to fight.
Those in the know sometimes refer to the Velvet Room as the “Henhouse”, perhaps because of the mysterious chicken motifs everywhere. No one ever mentions those. It’s probably best you don’t ask. They also say that the Velvet Room… moves around sometimes. Those seeking a good time will always be able to find it, but sometimes when the police try to raid the brothel at night, there’s just… nothing at the address.

Avatarhood

After sacrificing the last of her humanity to save the rest of her crew from Bennet Dunlap and his bestial Wendigo, Brie was overcome by her mythos and ascended to Avatarhood.
Now, as Baba Yaga, Brie feels that people have become too selfish and no longer respect nature nor each other, and wants to teach people to be polite, respectful, and kind. They also don't fear and respect the darkness and the things that lurk within it. She wants to teach the inhabitants of the city that they should be afraid, but also that in helping and respecting each other, they can help themselves.
She will do this by turning the city into a dark, dangerous place where people need to stick together. In this new City, those pure of heart and spirit will find themselves protected, while those that only look out for themselves will suffer.
