Rilauven
One of the easiest cities in the Underdark to reach. Rilauven is known by many as the Entrance to the Dark. In fact the QAAG has a small office in the city where adventurers can take on association contracts.
Demographics
As this is an Underdark city, Drow are the primary species here, but many Deep Dwarf, Tiefling and other non surface species can be seen here.
Government
It is currently ruled by House Do'duis, and has been for the last several hundred years. They tax all goods coming into the city, both from the underdark and the surface.
Industry & Trade
Most people in this city make their money through trade. Goods from the surface are often brought from Qi and many people seeking goods from the Underdark (especially Drow weapons) come here in search of those.
Architecture
The city is built into a large cavern, with the houses of the noble families occupying the areas in the walls. The city wall go all across the tunnel (about 1 mile across on each side), the middle is a little wider. This ensures all traffic going into the underdark has to go through the city. In the middle there is tower that indicates what time of day it is using a small light source. Additionally the entire city has magical street lamps so that even those without darkvision can see it.
