Personal prayer to Innos

A prayer initiated and executed by the individual person that believes in Innos.

Execution

The person kneels or sits down facing either the sun, a flame or a statue of Innos after which they use one of their index fingers to draw a circle around their face; starting at the top of their forehead they draw the circle around their face, when their finger is back at the starting position they move their finger down from forehead to jaw.
Once this has been done the person can pray out loud or in silence.
