This relic is a very powerful magic item said to have been created by Beliar himself.
Rumour has it that if fully charged with dark magic, this item is so powerful it couldn't possibly be wielded safely by anyone but the strongest magic users.

When not charged this gem looks like a dull grey gem that resembles a human eye.
When fully charged it looks like a red glowing black gem that resembles a human eye.
It is the size of a mans fist and its location is currently unknown.
