mountain of rhyme

The mountain of Rhyme known by the gemstone dragons of the land as just Ry Mountain
It is said the eldest dragons store a shared horde in a massive cavity in the ground. Presiding over the horde is one elder dragon from each major continent. Many know to avoid the mountains due to dragon wyrmling's crawling all over the surrounding mountains. Various other races call the mountain home unbeknownst to the outside world such as kobold slaves that turn the gears of society working undertow of the dragon born as well as the half dragon centralized society.
It is rumored that Mount Rhyme holds more riches then anywhere other than the very elvish heaven. Never once has the treasures in Mount Rhyme seen the light of day because it is said forever currency there is two of the items in exact quality for neither is more valuable than the other, but the defining difference is one of those items has found its way into the horde within the depths of the mountain. Astonished by the allure the mountain including the name its self-many bards have transcribed stories, poems, and fables regarding what lays beyond the shroud of death from the off spring of those oh mighty dragons that protect the horde.
The mountain ranges itself is formed over the corpse of the fourth/third dragon god Rykos. While Bahamet is revered as the good and lawful dragon god with his counter part being the evil chaotic dragon god Tiamat. It is said both dragon gods where originally superseded by one dragon god who split in two so he could create them. Upon the death of the original dragon god what remained of him was descended into the modern dragons, however with enough dragons having died the first dragon was able to culminate enough of himself as an echo of his former divinity. As the first dragon god was one soul away from reforming into a physical form, he saw it was bonded with a humble lizard folk sorcerer named Rykos so he offered the recent deceases Rykos two options, either he joins with the first dragon so that he may become whole once more or the first dragon would offer the same opportunity to Rykos to return to life with his newfound family. Rykos accepted his offer to return to his family in life, with what powers the first dragon had at his disposal Rykos was granted the blessing of wings. Upon Rykos achieving the arcane mastery to acquire the spell true polymorph he would in turn transform into a true dragon and would slowly become known as the neutrality dragon god father to the gem dragons.
