Metal growers

Flow is a serious matter. No... not like liquid, solid, or gas.
More like mistreating it can seriously damage, or outright kill you.
So excuse my anger, when I talk about a bunch of idiots, who had a "great" idea of infecting their fat bellies with Solid Flow.
Just to grow some fucking metal inside them! The logic and rules of Atocitera dictate that they should have died.
But what I don't understand is... It's not only working for them, but they don't seem to be affected by it at all.

Summary

Metal growers are a group of what other people quickly started calling lunatics.
People using the dangerous Solid poisoning to grow toxic elements and metals in their own body.
People who share this ideology are often large, with a lot of fat all around their bodies.
Raiders like them often have no issues with their Raiding career but join anyway for various reasons. Some join for the metals that they grow in themselves, others join to learn how to redirect Solid Flow.

Ideology

Raiders from this group often face Solid Flow during their Raids. Considering that the Raiders need technically any advantage they can utilize, they decided to seek use for these untapped sources of Flow.
Creating anything out of Solid using sheer mind takes time, which the Raiders do not have during their raid.
As such, they decided to intentionally take the Solid Flow into their body, and let it turn into metals and other elements naturally over time.

Practices

The reason why members of this group are of larger, solid builds, is because the fat in their bodies are the places where they take the Solid in.
While in the fat, the elements and metals do not get into such direct contact with the bloodstream.
Solid poisoning is still a threat to these Raiders. But they learned numerous techniques for removing the body fat with the metals and toxins in them.
Not only the combination of these practices serve as a solution to random encounters with Solid Flow, but the resulting metals can be useful to Flowsmiths who can then use them as if it was any other metal.
