Floor of claims

It is entertaining, seeing the young kids disputes over what they dont even need but still want.
If they would just learn properly that hoarding lead to having nothing, we might even prosper.

Description and architecture

The Floor of claims is an amphitheater, where all sorts of disputes are resolved through arguments.
People bring up both sides of the story, state their claims back it up with arguments, and then the listeners decide who is right and who is wrong.   This building is made entirely of polished stone and features the following parts:   Main floor: The floor where disputing people meet and present their stories, arguments, and counterarguments.   Listener's seats: Seats for people of the Atocite to watch the dispute and listen to the arguments.   Voting groud: A place behind the Main floor, where people move to decide the resolution of the dispute. To do so, they move onto the place behind the person they believe most.     While every Atocite might have different values to go by, all of them are trying to resolve disputes in regards to the The code of honor and humanity. It is the moral and humanity of the people that helps them fight against the influence of the Corruption.

Uses

Resolving disputes of the people is one of two main uses of the Floor of claims. The second is entertainment in the busy life of people.
People love to listen and resolve the disputes over excess loot from raids whenever the Raiders can't agree on the shares.
This way even Refiners who spend all days processing various resources can get the interesting parts of the stories. As every story from raids tends to get extremely trimmed and condensed.   Whenever the raid ends and the resources gathered during it are carried up to the Atocite, the commissions are taken first, and after that the rest belong to the Raiders. There are times where Raiders agree upon their shares, and there are times when they don't agree and are taking it to the Floo or claims.
