Lady Virginia de Potts (a.k.a. Pepper)
Born Virginia de Potts, daughter of the Executiva Familia de Potts, whose headship, Lord Andrew de Potts, her grandfather, sworn fealty to Familia de Stark.
She studied Business administration and law at Atlantis State University. Later, with permission (or, more precisely, disinterest) of Lord Anthony de Stark, she interned with Lord Aldrich de Kilian. She, however, found him obtrusive, and quickly ended the internship.
Since 1998 Virginia Potts was employed as Familia de Stark representative to Stark-Carbonell Industries. When, three weeks into the employ, she found the accounting mistake, she tried to bring it into Tony Stark's attention. During this first adult meeting, Tony decided to promote her as his Praefecta.
Pepper worked closely with Tony for seven years before they both admitted their feelings and began a secret, illicit relationship.
