Dr. Anton Vanko
Defected Soviet Union during the World War and in 1945 he pled Asylum in Atlantan Embassy in Berlin, where he met Howard de Stark.
In Atlantis he was employed in Stark-Carbonell Industries, but in 1972 he was accused of corporate espionage and deported. However, he managed to take with him his Arc Reactor design, which was one of the technical renditions of Howard de Stark's theoretical sketches.
In Soviet Union he was sentenced to Lager, where he spent 40 years.
He died in 2010 in poverty.
