Den of Delights

Artist - Hakob Minasian - Artstation.com

The Den of Delights is the center of the social world of Valsgard. Located in the nobility sector of Ringvolstad, this bathhouse is fit for royalty. The bathhouse serves the Elite of Valsgard, and caters to their every whim.   Known for the security and privacy, The Den of Delights is the only place the Emperor meets with his counselors and all the plans for the governing of the realm are done here. Governors and dignitaries from all the world are entertained here, and spend most of their time within these walls being doted on by the servants while brokering deals, and writing the laws of the realm.   Due to the amount of time the Emperor and his counselors spend here it has earned the nickname, of 'The Throne Room'

Purpose:

The Den of Delight serves delights of all kinds to the Nobility and Governing class of Valsgard. The Den of Delight secludes the upper class from the rabble, and what happens inside these walls, remains within these walls. Exclusivity demands the utmost privacy.

Useage:

The ground level is the main entertainment hall, used for galas, feasts, and masquerades among the elite of Ringvolstad.   The second floor, is the quarters for all guests who are not invited to stay in the palace. Also, the second floor is home to one of the most famous pleasure houses in all the world.   The top floor is the grand bathhouse. The large baths, and tall ceilings to a domed roof of glass, it is perhaps the greatest spectacle outside of the Palace grounds. Guests are pampered in all ways, whether they lounge in the baths, indulge in the mud spa, or receive a steam massage. Satisfaction is the only goal of the Den of Delights.
