Ethios, Grand Arbiter

Ethios is the patron of civilization and law. He is seen as judge, jury, and executioner; sometimes these aspects are seen as one whole being, while other times they are more distinct (three heads, etc.). In any case, Ethios is a strict god who demands protocol in his worship.
Worship of Ethios is rarely seen outside of large centers of population. Generally, his clergy is often deeply connected with the government or local hierarchy and in any legal or judicial systems.
