To the west a new world power is growing rapidly. Founded from the dreams and ideals of Enzo Rico to form a united world with united races against evil and the threats that would destroy the races of the world if they could.
Enzo was a prodigy and valedictorian of Capital University, Carcino. It was here that his plans first became public, as like many valedictorians before him, he announced a new world empire and that he would be at its forefront, and Carcino, would be the last city to fall and join his new world. While not an uncommon or strange occurrence, it was noted by many that some of the most philosophical, wise, and strong teachers agreed that he might actually be able to accomplish his goals, and create the 4th global empire of the world.
It wasn't soon after that Enzo and a fleet of ships disappeared, heading westward towards the eastern hemisphere of the world. Rumors have begun to spread to Veluntia that a new threat in the east is rising, and that one day, its vast ships full of cavalry will sail towards the primal content, and change it forever.
