When first viewed through the Stargate in the Tower of the Minds, it was covered in a global sandstorm, expect for a single small point, referred to at the time, as the eye.
Upon the storms dispersal, the planet became a desert landscape of many dunes and light winds.
Over the next 60 years, the planets dunes became massive in regions - creating large sand mountains around the equator, and deep valleys revealing a dark red and orange rock surface of sandstone.
History
The planet was first discovered by spelljammer captains looking for a rumored castle filled to the brim with treasure and loot on a desert planet. It quickly was discovered that the planet was near impossible to land on, and caused the wreck of many spelljammers over the centuries.
It was Tessa Howard Edison and her followers that discovered the planet, and using her Stargate were able to get a small team of powerful and faithful adventures and followers
