To the Order of Nehara,
I appreciate the kind words you've extended towards my late Father, King Xertha, as well as your best wishes moving forward. As much as it was necessary for his reign to come to an end, I shall not speak further ill of the dead and shall focus on the future.
I now extend my sincerest apologies at hearing this news of the Order vanishing from it's role. I shall do everything in my power to help in any way I can. No need for you to apologize. By the time you receive this letter, my legion will be 3 days from reaching you. Send them where you may as it is too late for me to recall them.
You speak truth, sirs, of the great evil of Pale, and though I meant no show of ignorance into defeating him, I do believe he is more vulnerable than most realize. If we play our cards well, we may yet prevail.
I have heard a great deal of the Sanctified. If you truly need help in dealing with them, I shall make contact with their leader and let him know where I stand. I shall also take your advice in aligning with Heuntsia, Maire Glaise and Tir Cendel.
As for the ocean front, I am making it a high priority to ramp up security and patrols across the regions. Inspections of every ship shall increase to insure the safety of the people of Ashnuw. If there be any illegal dealings, movement of troops or weapons, my men will know of it and put a swift end to it. None shall escape our eye on the ocean.
In regards to the late Mort de Ange, I know far more about him than you realize. He was, after all, my half brother. I can assure you whatever reasons he aligned himself with you, it was all a ruse. I shall attempt to undo any damage he might have caused.
