He's a wood elf and one of the four reigning underworld leaders within Ayschultz, specifically an affiliate of Ezzi's and a friend of Emendri's aunt, former head of House Theilomir. While charming in his own right, this is a man with more skeleton than outerwear in his closet.
He is the party's first bit of exposure to the seedier underbelly of Ayschultz, should they choose to pursue it, and runs a brothel and casino named the Baroquen Hearth. The Hearth is a veritable den of hedonism. There are games for any imaginable gambler, indulgences for any of one's impulses, and bodies for all preferences. Maharon made a deal with Monsieur Madron once she was left to fend for herself in college, and has become one of his more favored playthings--especially after the tragedy that left her lost in the seas of possibility.
