Third Moon

Third Moon is an artificial satellite to the planet Terra, located on the side that doesn't have direct coverage by the magical portal webs. It is covered in an endless expanse of greenery - as far as the eye can see and beyond that - that is planted and monitored closely by teams residing inside the Moon. There is barely any life forms except the plants - which are all edible and made to be a good source of energy to anyone flying in/ or anything.
The positioning of the Third Moon where it is was a strategical move in order to have any potentially harmful outsiders satiate their hunger - and calm their emotions after a long travel - so that they can proceed to the planet itself with clear heads and no harm in mind.

Geography

The surface of the IIIrd Moon is rich on slowly elevating hills and two or three bigger water-sources. Most of the ground-covering surface is a type of soil enriched with elements that give it shades of silver, blue and green depending on the culture being grown in the area. The hills hide shallow caves and deep narrow drops full of wilder (but still planted on purpose) greenery. They also hide the entrances to the inside of the Moon.

Fauna & Flora

The entirety of the Moon is covered in plant-life. Plant life that has been engineered to grow to a ready-to-consume state and then stay in that state until it's picked up - either by the Farmers or by strangers who happen upon the satellite and need food.
The few instances of fauna that can be seen are bees, butterflies and big worms that help move the soil around.
All the plant-life - from corn-looking things, through "orchards" of fruit & nut trees placed purposefully in a chaotic manner to simulate a wilder forest, to flowers, shrubbery and even the grass in edible.
