Randolph Albello

Randolph Albello is one of those people that pose more problems while looking for the solutions of everyday problems. Growing up in the family of a mechanic and a math teacher, he was loved and was never told he is not allowed to do something he wanted to. In fact his mother would have him do all he ever wanted in return for doing chores. 

His turn for the questionable started when he entered high school and for that - because he wanted to go in a specialized one - he had to leave home and become ignorable grain in the crowd in the bigger city. His interest towards human psychology became peaked then as he could see completely different answers to the same stress - causing situations and factors and those differences fascinated him. After finishing high school he started a job - helping his father fix cars and then moved into a closer-to-home university to study robotics: at this time his master plan was already created and polished. 

Creation of the "Skinwalkers"

After university he disappeared. His family didn't know where he is, his few friends knew him a bit better but not enough to help find him - he hid his tracks and did all possible to not be discovered. He worked on his creatures for about three years before releasing the first subjects in the field. His creatures would approach lone travelers or what seemed to be the easiest to scare person in a small group - be it a kid, teen lost in his music-listening or experienced hikers - and by scanning the group - or by quickly discovering data about one's family and friends - would imitate the voices of members of the group to try and lure a person away from the shared camp or worse: would trick a kid into following a figure sounding like its parent and roughly looking like one - into what was later discovered to be dozens and dozens of small underground hideouts. 

The ones he managed to lure this way Randolph would inject with a truth serum and a cocktail of other chemicals that force one to explain their behaviour even if they wouldn't know how to word it in a sentence without the stimulation from the injected mix of substances; against their will and question them thoroughly. After that he'd either just drop them outside - which would result in an eventual survivor not being believed - or the more likely - the released is confused by what's happened, wanders off in the woods and gets attacked by wild animals.

Caught

Randolph got caught in 2015 after the one lured away turned out to be a police officer's son with implanted location tracker since birth. Upon his questioning he admitted to over 250 kidnappings via his "inventions" and explained:

"All this I did for science. Humans are weak. Their fears make them vulnerable and their desires make them gullible. I wanted to create a cure against this: a pill that you take and it would block your fears for a certain amount of time while making you aware of all possible threats. Imagine what an army would be with that kind of power!"

Motivation

Ever since he was a little boy he was fascinated by the human mind, the human reasoning behind their actions. While he was a student to his father in car repair and then - apprentice for a robotics factory - he got into his own mind that he wants to create a "tester creature". He wanted to create something that will attempt to perform actions resembling animalistic hunting behaviour but with increased amount of human factor.

• would sometimes dig so much in psychology aspects that he might dismiss other possible reasons for someone's actions. [example: he would analyze for three days without sleeping why Person took the underpass - what deep reasons Person might have "to choose to go down" .... and he won't ever even pay attention that "x" road is closed and it's raining and said underpass is the only open way through]
• Quite egoistic. 

Randolph is currently in the highest level prison cells with lifetime behind bars as a sentence. He once laughed when his attorney warned him to not try and escape: He said that he is too proud to try and do such a low thing.

While some consider his methods and goals a monstrous act only fed by suffering and a lot of human lives lost there are some who actually see the potential in a pill like the one he talked about. Further legal research towards the creation of such a thing has been forbidden.

His creations: the genetically re-engineered and robotically enhanced animals that would try and copy people -at their latest stages and badly copy animals - in their beginning - are currently being looked for in order for all of them to be destroyed.
