Structure

Ruskaw is run by Five major and three minor Guilds, each with its own unique niche and propose to fill. these consist of Blackrocks,Royals,Peacekeepers,Fangs and claws as the major guilds and the wolves,hoarders and vices as the minor guilds. the blackrocks run the country internal matters and work closely with the royals who manage the international affairs, the peacekeepers work closely with the blackrocks and royals and act as the military/police force, with the fangs and claws as their special forces/info-web the three minor guilds, the wolves,Hoarders and vices manage the day to day affairs of the countries population,including police, business and entertainment

Blackrocks: Commonly seen as the countrys leaders, the Blackrocks are a jack of all trades when it comes to their skills in running the country
Royals: The royals are politically smart and keep the country out of international trouble, because of their reputation and political power the are counted as the second most powerful guild in the country
Peacekeepers: The strongest military force in the country, the peacekeepers do not wish to run the country but rather be enforcers for the other guilds, they often hire the wolves as support in dire situations
Fangs and Claws: These two guilds act as the countries special forces,secret services and information web
Wolves: The wolves are basically a bigger but much less powerful version of the Peacekeepers
Hoarders: This guild acts as a sort of merchant alliance, working with the Royals to run the countries shops and economy
Vices: The vices work on their own to manage the entertainment shops and locations to keep the countries population happy

History

The country was founded by groups of merchants, businessmen, and criminals fighting for their freedom and has since then become a more sophisticated web of guilds, merchants and political groups
