Gûlgarond

​The mountain fortress in Ángorfel originally built by Ahriman in the First Age. In the Second Age, Gûlgarond was taken and used by Asmgoth. In the Third Age, the fortress was later occupied by Baálthras, the Demonlich of Arkhoth.​

  An extra-planar dungeon in Gûlgarond, this nightmarish prison is a pocket of the Abyss. This second level of the dungeon is where the wizard, Morollan was imprisoned in TA3788 and forced to conduct experiments on the Mantle of Time and the 4th Part of the Rod of Seven Parts.

  An extra-planar dungeon in Gûlgarond, this nightmarish prison is a pocket of the Abyss. This third "level" of the dungeon is really a cliff outside the fortress, where the wizard, Morollan was sometimes allowed to visit for water and meager food.
