The Red Witch

The Red Witch is the former Exarch of Ammael. She was cast out by Ammael when she created the Vryloka, thereby giving undeath to the living. There is a superstition, whether its true or not, that saying her name summons her wrath. Only her sister Ravana, the Exarch of Tenebris, and the gods themselves still know it.
