Koldari
Structure
At the top of the tree is the goddess herself. She founded the religion after first dispatching of her family, and accrued her vast wealth first through looting, embezzlement, and blackmail, then the slave trade, and subsequently through merely enstating herself as a goddess, inspiring people to give her money.
Beneath her are her children, the 'demigods' and 'demigoddesses'. Entrusted each with large portions of her empire, their word is law and are seen to be almost as infallible and perfect as the goddess herself. They usually rule for themselves, being extraordinarily corrupt and selfish and have little care for the common people instead using them as a means to an end.
High priests and priestesses are on the next layer down, they are usually spiritual leaders for a large area and are treated almost as gods themselves.
Priests and priestesses usually run a temple, but in particularly large or important temples there may be multiple to help perform their duties.
Public Agenda
The Keldaran way of life promotes self-advancement before all else. That the only way to find true happiness is through wealth, and that the only way to achieve that is to do so on the broken backs of others. Kildyra are taught to thank their goddess for all the good in their life and that those who fall to facilitate their goals are allowed to do so through her will and divine justice.
Assets
Vast wealth, huge amounts of land mostly in the form of deserts. They have many temples, allowing them to enforce a huge amount of soft power, as well as a medium-sized, but very well trained and funded army with custom-built equipment.
