Crayne Bureau (CRAIN BYUR-oh)

The Crayne Bureau, headquartered in Virezzo, Estemar, is a famous group of about two hundred international investigators and private eyes. They’re well trained and typically only hire from the most capable ranks of law enforcement agencies around Argea. The Craynes have offices in every capital city as well as some of the larger regional capitals as well.
They are distinguished by their royal blue cloaks emblazoned with a golden crane and the blue-and-gold hoods that resemble a bird’s beak.

Structure

The Crayne Bureau is run by the grandson of the organization's founder. He holds the title of Investigator General. Beneath the Investigator General, the ranks follow the following order:

1. Special Investigator
2. Investigator
3. Detective
4. Agent

Public Agenda

The Craynes are a for-hire, mercenary-type investigative organization. However, they only work toward the "common good of the people," and, as such, do not accept contracts from shady or sinister organizations or individuals. The Craynes are legendary for their ability to hunt down and uncover any illicit operation, regardless of how well hidden it is.

Assets

The Craynes are extraordinarily well trained and well equipped. Most Craynes are capable of using magic and all are trained in simple weapons. Each of the bureaus supposedly contains a trove of weapons, ingredients, potions, and gold.
