William DeFino
William DeFino is the tieflieng (or, perhaps, Changeling masquerading as a tiefling) who manages the Firelight Villa staff, and tends to some of the family's affairs. He carries himself with some dignity and a measure of gravitas, and appears to take pride in his service to the Firelight family.
DeFino claims to remember when the Vulgar Unicorn wasn't a shithole, and has said he might be able to arrange for the Firelights to donate a painting. He provided an allegedly no-strings-attached donation of 300gp from the Firelight family for the repairs to the tavern.
He is involved in the distribution of magical "spy" paintings throughout the city on behalf of the Firelights, and based on his behaviour after being informed of the presence of such a painting, he appears to have been aware that this was involved with the scheme.
