Joe Fantring is the very skeevy head of the Dungsweepers' Guild, with a penchant for hitting on younger ladies, including Wash Odreth. He has a thick moustache that is curled (with wax?) at the tips.
He and his guild could be contracted to handle the water and sewage damage at the Friendly Ghost}.
