Felzoun Wareye
Felzoun is the owner and proprietor of the Felzoun's Folly tavern in the Ivy Ward. Though he would like to stand up to the thugs that have been extorting local businesses for protection money, he feels unable to do so as there is only one of him, and they come in groups of six or seven. He doesn't see the other locals as being tough enough to help in opposing them.
Reluctantly, Felzoun pays their protection demands of 2gp every week. He pointed the party to a residence that the culprits seem to have taken as their own.
