Elegnos
Elegnos is a member of the The Sanguine Serpents, the crew of the The Heartbreaker under Jackie de Mowbray.
He wields a pistol, but has been seen using bladed weapons. He was witnessed in the act of slitting the throat of a seemingly-innocent drunken tavern patron leaving a tavern in the Raven Docks.
According to Jackie de Mowbray, Elegnos is a man of violent proclivities. The Sanguine Serpents have generally been able to direct this aggression in ways that is useful to them, but with the ship remaining idle in port, he may be seeking other avenues to slake his bloodlust. Jackie is constrained in how he can deal with this problem until the matter of Jackie's agent in the Zonthosh Guild is resolved
