Deacon Nevin
Deacon Nevin is a Lieutenant of the City Watch, responsible for patrol of the Castle Ward. He was aware of and tolerated a degree of corruption under his watch, but seemed genuine in his belief that his men weren't taking bribes from anyone as dangerous as the Zonthosh Guild, and was very surprised by the revelation of the teleportation circle there.
