"Gods Have Forsaken Us" Soapboxer

A slightly overweight, middle-aged man seen preaching a message of doom and gloom on a street corner in Brightridge. He carries a sign saying "The gods have forsaken us!" and shouts that the gods are dead. Wash spoke to him, and he stated that he prayed for 5 years for wealth and has gotten nothing, which prompted Wash to tell him that he was lazy and that he's supposed to work for wealth, not expect the gods to hand it to him for nothing.
The party did not get his name. He did not appear to have any kind of following for his religious message, and most bystanders appeared to ignore him or give him a wide berth.
