The Heilige Sehen
The governing body within the Church of the Divine Light. It consists of the Lightbringer and the Archbishops. The Sehen works within the Vermögen, a large campus of holy buildings within The Holy City. They create rules for how clergy members are intended to act, and they decree Pillars of the faith to the people. These Pillars are not laws, but they generally outline what it means to be a good, faithful Imperial. These Pillars never directly contradict existing laws, but many certainly skirt quite close to them…
