Bailiwick Halfling

Though halflings occupy most of the same cities that humans do, they also have their own villages anywhere there are green, rolling hills. These halflings make their homes in cozy underground burrows, and live cheerful lives full of celebration and merriment.
Halflings that leave these idyllic villages to go on a life of adventuring usually aren't keen to do so, and are some of the bravest halflings there are. They are often the most liked member of any group, due to their lightheartedness and general merriment.

In addition to the traits you get as a halfling, you also get the following traits.

Ability Score Increase

Your Charisma score increases by 1.

Gourmet

Food in the Bailiwick villages is good. Every halfling has a keen taste and most are excellent chefs. For any long rest in which you cook for the party, each character may regain an additional hit die from the long rest.

Best Friend

Halflings are excellent conversationalists, and as such they may use the cantrip Friends once per day. The spell only affects friendly conversations (no intimidation), but the target doesn't realize it was affected by magic (because it wasn't).
