Nymph

Nymphs are spirits of the forest. When a follower of Cora is buried, tradition demands that the seed of a tree be placed on their grave. Some of those buried do not go on to the afterlife but instead rise as a nymph. These beings of pure spirit are visible, but have minimal ability to interact with the physical world outside of talking.   However, nymphs have another ability, the one for which they are most known. They can take over a tree, possessing it and causing it to uproot itself and walk about, branches acting like arms and leaves making the wind flow. While in this form, a nymph is given great strength to move earth and threaten physical beings. This also heightens their connection with nature, allowing them to better cast spells.   Nymphs have lost most of the memories they had in life, but they are still people, and can choose their own path. They often work as guardians of the forest, protecting it from outside intruders. But they might instead become gardeners of the wilds, protectors of travelers, michchievous pranksters, or crazed undead.   Nymphs can cast a number of the following spells equal to their high stat: Command Plants, Call of the Wild, Command Wind, Gift of Life, Twisting Paths, Command Earth, Command Water, Unleash, Call Familiar
