The Red Castle
A bastion against slavery and other evils
Behold, on chisled walls of stone, coloured red by the blood of evil itself, watches an eye out from it's looming lighthouse and scarlet flare. Those that seek to dedicate their lives to take or enslave others tremble underneath the storm from which is it's fury conjures when wicked deeds pester it's gaze. Like the rolling thunders comes a storm of powder and lead. Feel it creak through the masts, shatter your hulls and break thine hearts to bring the pathetic, greedy and foul to their knees. It is this judgement which is passed down on thee that soars its message through the winds and waves, inflicting fear into hearts of those that will ill.Purpose / Function
The castle serves as a base of operations for The Pistoleers to train themselves, conduct secret operations from and as their lodgings. In the past the base served as the fortress and tower to oversee the blockades of trade through the Peregonic sea and the Gilded reef.
Alterations
Through time, the fortress slowly collapsed and crumbled during it's reign of pirates and poverty. Only lately has the castle become one of the most beautiful sights of architecture made by man, as the Pistoleers sought to not only restore the fortress but build it larger for their lodgings, but also more stabile to last the weathering tides.
Architecture
While nothing more than a redclad cubical fort with a large tower at the start, the Pistoleers sought to rebuild it in a Morkadian fashion with a twist of elven. Now the tower rises through arclike bridges, conected to a large gothic style castle mainly built from smaller towers that circulate an inner courtyard and garden, along with smaller cubical stone buildings which tunnels reach out to in order to connect the many rooms.
