Composition
Manpower
Each squad of the milita consists of numbers either sixteen or twentyfive, with a wide pool of agents in supply from the Institutional grounds.
Equipment
These agents have a wide array of different tools and gadgets to help themselves and their fellow units best survive and handle monsterous threats. These include portable radio stations with coils and arrays that can connect them with Generals and Commanders from miles around, while out in the field. Thus giving them an edge to easily call for reinforcements. Other gear also include high grade medical equipment, traps and mines, mounted turrets based on Tezlagun design and tools and wiring to set up defensive peremiters. Their amount of tools aviable is mostly based on the mission ahead though.
Weaponry
The weapons used in the field by this Milita consists mainly of Stormtech weapons which are used to destroy larger, tougher foes by blasting them with pure energy and fire. Though they also use weapons such as lever action rifles, revolvers and shotguns to decimate less electrically leading foes in the field, or to save the special ammo against threats which it's better put against.
Structure
Depending on the numbers of the squad, the command is either made up of one Pointman, or a Pointman and Second in Command for the larger number. Their role is simply to lead the milita and point out the most dangerous threats, while also commanding where outposts and defensive positions are to be set up.
Tactics
The Rabensturm Milita functions quite different in the field to most other units. For short, they keep smaller well trained numbers which break formation or disappear mid battle just to re-emerge far behind the enemy lines like reapers on pale horses, as they unleash complete hell on their foes most monsterous creations. These men and women have after all been trained to deal with hulking creations of necromancy and corruption, or the hordes of undead which seek to swarm the larger troops. Hence, it is their holy task to purify and santify the battlegrounds through guerrila tactics and spearhead strikes into the enemy force's vitals.
