Rusted Coin
This secret symbol is employed by people who wish to overthrow the current King Kaemedie
Description
This symbol is a simple coin of any value, completely rusted on the side that features the king's head. Some variations even have a hole drilled into it, so it can be worn as a necklace.Creation
The coin is typically rusted using a mixture of vinegar and salt water. Even the materials are symbolic. The vinegar, as a product of wine left too long, represents the abundance of wealth the King has that he doesn't use. The salt water represents greed, as drinking it only makes you thirstier. In the eyes of this nameless group, these are the qualities of the King.Location
Interestingly, this group seems to be most prevalent in the region close to the castle and at the edges of Kaeoma. You know what I hate about the King? What don't I hate about him, more like. I can't remember the last time he made a meaningful decision for the betterment of Kaeoma. At least the Council has made improvements that I can remember. Kaemedie sits there... and does what? He enjoys the riches that we provide him. Everyone bows down to him, or is imprisoned. You know what's worse than an evil king? A lazy one. He watches the world go by content with his lot in life and never considers the lives of the people below him. I wish I could give him a smack in the face and ask him what the hell he thinks he's doing. And you know what? We're coming for him. We're going to seep into every crack in that castle of his, and he's never going to see it coming.
