Rune Council

Founded by Riyoku and Queen Himura, the Rune Council is an order organization dedicated to maintaining the order of the Rune Masquerade and managing the worlds associated with it and the guilds of Arcanum Protectors. They are also responsible for keeping the barrier between While they are only associated with the Gate country's government, they are regarded as the true government of the whole Arcanum Universe due to their roles in building the building blocks and systems that flourished even to the current modern era.

Structure

Being a government-like organization, the council is headed by 4 councilmen and women named after the main elements with the leader called the Arcana Minister who is responsible for breaking a split decision and judging the events before determining their next action.
Along with the council are officers who gather information and survey the public and security who guards the leaders from any harm. There are also representatives from other guilds and forces who serve as envoys between them.

Public Agenda

Following the queen's views and the original purpose of the Rune Masquerade, their mission is to maintain the law and order it created as well as to ensure the future of Arcanum by observing the next generation and updating the systems the founders bestowed on.

Assets

As they are associated with Gate, most of their assets such as money, equipment, and military come from the country's assets. As such, they only hold half of them while trading their equipment and technology from other worlds to them. They also possess weapons, military equipment, and arcane tools for the security and the council themselves as their way to defend themselves or aid the other guilds on the frontlines.
